Sterling Investment Partners ("Sterling"), a private equity firm that has been investing in and building middle-market companies for almost 25 years, announces that its portfolio company, Service Logic, acquired two heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) service companies: High Plains Mechanical Service, Inc. and National HVAC Service.

High Plains Mechanical Service Inc. (“High Plains”) is a service provider specializing in HVAC service, maintenance and installation of commercial, institutional and industrial buildings in the Colorado and Wyoming area.
National HVAC Service
National HVAC Service (“National”) is a provider of heating, air conditioning and mechanical services, primarily in the commercial, industrial and institutional market sectors. National provides a wide range of offerings to its customers from guaranteed maintenance agreements to complete system installations. Located in Pennsylvania, National has expanded operations into more than seven locations throughout the U.S., including Delaware, Tennessee, Massachusetts and Arkansas.
