Houston, TX: (December 5, 2023) – CAMP Construction Services (“CAMP”), a portfolio company of Sterling Investment Partners and a leading national provider of restoration, renovation, and maintenance services, has completed the strategic acquisition of Finite Reimaging (“Finite”). Based in Duluth, GA, Finite is a provider of renovation and maintenance services primarily serving hospitality and retail customers. This transaction is expected to significantly broaden the scope of CAMP’s services nationwide and enhance both companies’ ability to better service its multi-family, hospitality, and commercial customers.
